It's been 2 months I haven't received my claim at My Life funeral cover

Hi,I lost my sister on 30/12/2021 and I tried calling My life funeral cover they gave me their physical address when I went there I was told that they moved I kept on calling them until I got someone from the office who sent me a claim form of which I submitted on 12/01/2022 on 14/01/2022 I received an sms which stated that they are busy with my claim it will take them 7-10 working days even now I haven't received it I tried calling the office they always tell me that the people from Claims department are having a meeting or they don't pick up their phone at all I called the manager 2 Weekes back she promised to help but she didn't she doesn't pick up my calls now.
