Hi. My mother had taken a funeral cover with MyLife .So my mother passed away this year January n I made a claim to my life all papers in order .I was told to wait 7days for the payment n till today I haven't received anything form mylife not even an sms or email informing o updating me on the progress. I have try to contact them but I'm an able to get help .the last person i spoke to told me to do whatever i want nobody cares ?it been almost 6 months now.
