Investment/ Pyramid scheme gone terribly wrong?

I joined mylifechange247 in October 2017 with an investment of R500, according to their rates, i was supposed to get R875 in a month. Its now 12 December I have received nothing, not even my initial R500 investment. I have tried to contact them, no answers, they are just ignoring me. Kindly assist.
