My life funeral cover up payed

My mother had funeral cover with my life n she passed away beinging of the year 2021. I put a claim n everything was processed n a month went by i called them I was told I have to wait for approval for the boss n i would get n e-mail whic till today im still waiting. other month went by I kept calling but nobody seem to have any care about me as a client the last person I spoke to told me to do whatever i want cause there is nothing he can help me with.till today I'm still waiting for my life funeral cover to pay up.it going to 5th month now .
