Non payment from Mobrog for completed surveys

I have been doing Mobrog surveys, South Africa for a while now. Of recent i have been trying to get paid for my surveys, from the Mobrog site via Pay Pal. Previously i have never had a problem getting paid. Now i am having problems with Mobrog paying me out. Their reply is not very helpful in solving this payment problem. Since in changed my e mail address on the MOBROG login site and Pay Pal as both have to have my identical e mail address on both their systems which they are. Mobrog is very unhelpful.
