Four years and still no cash out at Myiyo, Don't waste your time. !!!

I joined Myiyo in 2017, and to date, almost EVERY survey I receive has been declined, I am not even able to redeem The R164.54 that I have accumulated as one needs 10 000.00 ( ten thousand) point to cash out. It's now 2021 four years later, and every time I complain, I am told that I must reach the due points in order to redeem my cash out, I find Myiyo to be a complete waste of time, Data, or airtime used to complete surveys. or to even attempt to do the declines, as you will be asked a few questions and then its declines. Very frustrating after you have completed those questions and then kicked out. I have ten friend referrals where I am to receive 500 points for those referrals, but not able to gain those points as my friends too are met with survey declines, I want to redeem what's owing to me, so I can close my account, but I cannot do that until I reach the cash-out. If I close my account now, I stand to lose the little money I have made, all my time and dedication will go to pure waste. myiyo is one of the worst panels of surveys I have ever joined. I have sent numerous emails, complaining or asking how to improve my profile and I am met will all sorts of explanations or excuses. The last email I received back was so rude and abrupt. where I was told, that they had explained this to me before, I will not recommend myiyo to anyone. Four years to make a little side hustle is NOT WOTH IT. !!!! In my opinion, it's DISGUSTING and SELFISH. People do these surveys to help when in financial need or have no job, rather than begging. With Covid, lots of people have lost jobs, and these surveys have been such a help, but of course not Myiyo. So Myiyo you need to think of your panelists without us, you have no business or opinions on your research !!!
