They took delivery of a parcel, displayed the tracking thereof including delivery however this was probably to the mystic kingdom ruled by Zeus.<br> <br> On enquiry, I was first informed via eMail that it was past the self-defined deadline and that the proof of delivery, a fundamental basic of the business, was no longer available. After a second enquiry, I was informed that they are not prepared to communicate with me as I was not the shipper.<br> <br> I have conveyed this information to the seller and as much as I acknowledge that the \"deadline\" is passed, I find it hard to believe that they are \"unable\" to provide any proof of delivery. More so, their unwillingness to communicate with the final recipient is at least suspicious. Couriers are supposed to be trusted with other people's personal effects and information. Under the current circumstances, I would not trust myHermes Couriers with a used toothpick. "
