Bad service

Good day, i have tried so many times to get some assistance about my medical aid but it seems as if no one is bothered to help me. i joined the scheme last year 2019 November, but till date i have not received the membership card nor confirmation letter.

Now im thinking that it would be wise for me to terminate the medical aid and claim back all my premiums since November because i am paying for something that im not getting any help with it even if i am sick
