No Contract Claim Untrue - handed over

Mygym's \No contrac"t is completely false. <br> Without using or being being given access I was charged (30 day cancellation period applies).<br> Even after agreeing to pay the full amount I was still handed over to debt collectors and charged additional collection fees.<br> <br> I paid my first month without being given biometric or card access to the gym (still to this date)<br> After my second I informed the gym that I was unable to continue attending due to family health issues.<br> I was told that a 30 day cancellation period is applicable and that I still need to pay.<br> They agreed to deffer that payment to when I could return"
