He was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concers regarding my health and goals with a great deal of patience. Lindi gave me helpful advise regarding my diet and even went overboard by draftting one suitable for me. He also recommended excercises for my target areas. In 2 months you will not believe that i have lost 8kgs and looking so so so beautiful.
