Greedy, Expensive, No Service, Excessive billing

<br> 1. I called supplier out to fix the oven which was tripping and fix the electric supply under the Lapa that kept tripping and replace the box with a weather proof casing.<br> 2. The price quoted was R3200 which I promptly paid while you were on site. I was surprised that there still was a for a further R500 call out fee, in spite of the fact that the Web Site I found supplier on clearly states there is no call out fee. I have spoken to several contractors who have told me they do not charge a call out fee if the client accepts the quote.<br> 3. In total I paid R3700 for the job which I believe was excessive for the work done.<br> 4. I called two days later to inform him the pool was still tripping. I feel this is part of the work done and already paid in full. The problem was not solved and I feel that as part of his after service no charge should have been levied for inspecting a problem that should have solved.<br> 5. I also asked for further work to be done, i.e. to fix or replace the pool timer switch and replace the housing for the pool electrics, which he broke in the first place.<br> 6. He quoted a further R3600 to replace the casing box he broke and fix pool timer, when I declined this quote
