Failed to pay creditors for December 2024

The guy in the sales department did an excellent job convincing me to switch to MyDebt. I am doubting now the after sales service as Admin department and the manager that has to call me are quite and don't respond.

on 31 December 2024 after ABSA called me, I found out that my creditors were not paid for December 2024. How can a debt mediation company fail to do what is there core business?

No promised call yet from manager and Admin WhatsApp online but don't read and respond to messages.

I am really worried now as the payment for January 2025 was paid out to them...hence I am here now.
