Very bad after service

I have tried numerous times to get them to contact me or call me back, i bought the Moyoko Pro Glider kit (Pink) from Takealot on 1 May 2023 (Order #***) i have maybe used the straightener 5 times and it just is not turning on anymore, there was no instruction manual or booklet included so i cannot check if there is something else i need to do

If this is the type of service received from this company they definitely will not be getting my business again and i usually love their products/tools
