Account locked

I have had an issue last week whereby I dud not receive my OTP on time, my account got locked and have sent necessary documents for further assistance since 22 January 2021. The turn around time was supposed to have been 48hours.to sort my account and till today no one has called nor emailed me back with regards to my account. Tried to call several times and same message that they have high call volume. My number ***
