**** with Ink Cartridges

I was contacted in Nov 2013 by a consultant about printer cartridges. I agreed to try it out. I was not sent any contract or other written documents except for the invoice with the delivery on 10/12/2013.Then I was contacted by a consultant in Jan re: my next delivery. I questioned this as I did not need any yet. I was told it was a set of 6 and I would be receiving 2 and then 3 later. I received the 2 dated 31/01/2014 and the 3 dated 31/03/2014. We are a small company with one printer and we use 1 cartridge every 3 months. Then I get phoned by Ria, for my next delivery. I said I didn't want anymore. She said I had to as it was a deal of 12 cartridges. I told her I was never notified of this and she could listen to the original conversation. She said they were not recorded - conveniently. After arguing I agreed. Since then I have been told it was a deal of 20. I said I do not want any more cartridges. I now have 16. The consultant who phoned about my last delivery of 3 on 30/01/2015, assured me this was my last and final delivery. I have now had a call from Gavin and he changed the deal to 50. He then wants me to accept 4 that were supposedly returned, I have no knowledge of.
