I have ordered ink from them, they sent it and everything was fine. When it was time for a reorder, the situation turned into a nightmare. I was phoned and I said that I will probably need ink in December or January but do not send it, FIRST PHONE AND CONFIRM BEFORE YOU DO. The next thing i knew they phones me and said it has been sent via post. I was shocked and said but i did not order it nor confirm the reorder! The next thing i knew the manager or whatever he is phoned me and threatened me with voice recordings and alleged my commitment to a verbal agreement i did not know existed. It felt that i was threatened by him and forced into committing to the contract. I swear even before you enter an agreement with them, they do business in bad faith waiting for you to deny the ink purchases so that they can threaten you into ratifying invalid contract. I would certainly classify these goods as unsolicited goods in terms of the Consumer protection Act - which means you can keep the goods without paying. It is time to report them to the consumer commission for misconduct and doing business in contravention of the consumer protection Act. I am shocked how they treat and threat consumers
