Misrepresentation

We received a call stating that they offer a great product at a heavily discounted rate. They advised that they will supply is with cartridges, and should we like it, we can enter into a contract for regular deliveries. We thus ordered one batch to test it out. We then got a call asking when our next delivery should take place. When we queried this we were told that by ordering the first batch we are now bound by it and will get regular deliveries. When we told them it was not the understanding we had, that we in fact didn't even want to use them again, that we never agreed to it, nor did we sign or telephonically agreed to it. They told us they will do us the "favour" of delivering another batch, that would be at a higher price in order to gain back the discount they gave us previously. Their sales staff obviously don't know what they are doing and the entire experience has left a bitter taste in our mouth. DON'T ORDER ONCE AS THEY SEE THAT AS CREATING A LONG TERM AGREEMENT
