Do not buy from Mycom Trading

During end March 2015 I was phoned by a telesales person from Mycom Trading and offered a ink toner cartridge at an discounted price and delayed payment. I was told that their cartridges last twice as long as the originals because they actually fill the cartridge to the capacity. I eventually ordered one cartridge and it was promptly delivered to my business address. Within days I started to get calls daily for payment. When cartridge was paid my trouble started. I was phoned and asked if I was ready for my next delivery and I refused because toner only lasted as long as original and I paid more than double the original price (R2164.85). I was then threatened with legal action and called a **** and ***** for not honouring my verbal agreement with them for 2 or more cartridges. I never agreed to more than 1 cartridge! <br> Since then daily calls from them and sometimes up to 20 calls a day has left me in a position where I have had enough. They **** innocent people in buying their product and when you refuse, they intimidate, threaten and bombard you with calls - day & night.<br> When I phoned their office I was told by Stefan that they will keep on phoning me regardless.<br>
