I was called by a telesales person offering an awesome cleaning product at a good price. Minimum to buy was 10L. I asked specifically whether there was a catch because I've had a problem with cartridge retailers before. They ensured me that there is no funny business, it is a once-off buy and we can send back the product if we are not happy. This conversation was (of course) not recorded. After receiving the product (Maxikleen is a really great product so by the way), they started calling me to find out when they can deliver the \delayed orders".
