I bought two toners from Mycom Trading after they phoned me and advertised their toner cartridges. I was not interested but my husband convinced met to give it a try. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Christo was the salesperson. Then Ria and now Pam.

They call every month and tell me the deal was to order 6 times from them. That is why they can give this big discount. And let me tell you - that is not a cheap price, but the tell you how long these cartridges will work. They convinced me to order the second time because I think maybe I am the wrong one here. Ria promised to send me a letter to state that I do not have to order again from them. Well I never received that letter. Now Pam call me with the same story and when I tell her about Ria's promised she said Ria only promised it because I was angry with her. And when I tell Ria Christo never mentioned anything of a agreement to order again, she tell me it is my word against Christo's.

This company is abusing their customers.

They must be shut down. I can't believe they get this far. So please - do not do business with them.
