Bad service

I took my son to the doctor at myClinic in Chiawelo. I got here at 12:45.We set there for 1 hour 57 minutes. The Dr had a visitor and they sat in the consultation room for over 35 minutes. We could hear them chatting and laughing for the waiting area. The was a line and we were not taken to consideration. The place was so cold and people were coughing. Blacks are never taken seriously.
