You people need to get your act together

Your buses are completely overloaded from tableview to civic center every morning, You people can CLEARLY see there is a need for more frequent buses on the schedule both going to cape town in the morning and coming back from cape town between blouberg<br> <br> Also I have NO idea why you people insist on sending two buses every 30 (which is actually more like 40 mins)<br> <br> You end up with a situation where one bus is completely squashed to its capacity, and one bus which is just full WHERE IS YOUR LOGIC!! send them at 15 minute intervals, there is clearly a need for this from 7 till around 10am, what are you guys doing!<br> <br> This morning I had to pay premium bus rates to endure 1x seat back in my rib cage, and 1x elbow in my back... let alone the fact that the door opened into my jaw at every stop (I was already on the bus in the aisle but with everyone piling in from the feeding stations and pushing into the aisle I was eventually pushed into the doorway)<br> <br> We are paying premium rates to be treated as sardines - it took me 2 hours to get from big bay to the CBD due to your poor scheduling and delays... that is ridiculous!<br> <br> Fix it or I report you to the Dept. Of Transport for overloading
