YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!

<p>I was coming from work today when one of your guys let a bus driver leave from Du noon to Waterfront after five while we were standing there! What posse me off the most is how He started shouting and telling me I was talking nonsense! Oh! And how do I leave out the part where he gave me the middle finger and said he does not care whether I log the complaint or not? Is this how MyCiti staff Du noon treats its clients! I would like this escalated to whoever is responsible for their client service. What a shocker!!!1</p>
