Why do ticket office have time tables.

Had a very frustrated services at the myciti Canal Walk today. How can they created a time table for ticket office to be open. How do you expect your transporters to load points. Yet the other way to load points on your card is via machine, but the machine is on the station . So if you not dont have points you wont be able to enter the station. This is really the worst services for a transport company. You started off well but honestly saying going backwards. I am really unhappy with this.

If you still made the loading machines outside it would have been understandable but inside .
