What a discraze!

What an absolute disgrace! These people took R400 from me without loading my card! Their complaints department tells me there is nothing they can do! It's so difficult to upload your card these days, if their ticket booths are not permanently CLOSED, you have to deal with *********** staff you are totally useless. They know it's load-shedding and sometimes you can't tap out, but they still penalize you!
