Well done MyCiti!

I was very impressed at the level of service I received from MyCiti employees, who went out of their way to help me find the right bus and orient myself in Cape Town. All the employees (on the buses and at the stations) were friendly, courteous and patient in dealing with their clients, creating a great travelling experience.
