Water meter installation

Highly disappointed by the City of Cape Town paid for a water meter installation for a new property I have to move it to, and guess what!!!!! to date the installation has not been done and I have to move in by Thursday.

Payment was done 3March and we hearing for the end of April now and still no installation. Yet their turn around time is 30 days. I am just shuttered
