Very Disappointing customer service

I'm really disappointed with the customer service experience I had with myciti staff on the stations in the milnerton area. It was my first time traveling the myciti bus route. On three different occasions they were not friendly and unable to really give me proper directions as to which bus to take. I would have to figure everything out myself and just recieved a very vague answer which made me feel unsure as to whether they really knew what they were talking about. I ended up on the wrong bus because one of the ladies rep**** "anyone" when I asked which bus should I take to a particular station.
