Unhappy passenger

I take the bus that leaves Mitchell's Plain to Civic Center at 06:31. The problem is that with the two doors on each side of the station, two departing to the Civic and the other two departing to Kapteinsklip, one usually queues from the first door on either side. So what happens is if the 06:38 pulls up 1st, people assumes that it's the 06:31 bus and people start boarding, which was the case this morning. And when the 06:31 bus got to Mitchell's Plain at 06:33 the official at Mitchell's Plain told the 06:31 bus driver to just leave to the Civic. The official did not bother to ask the passengers sitting in the 06:38 bus if any of them would like to leave with the what supposed to be the 06:31 bus. There is no clear indication that the official knows what bus is pulling up until he actually asks the driver himself like he did this morning. But by that time, the official already told passengers to board the 06:38. So the supposed 06:31 bus left Mitchell's Plain as soon as it got there, and passengers were left to wait am extra 7minutes for the 03:38 bus to depart. As a commuter, I am so close to returning to Golden Arrow bus services. :-(
