Terrible service at their vending machine. I used my credit card at Century Gate to buy 100 points in the 4th of April 2023. They debited my bank card but failed to tranfer point to myCiti card. The call centre goes to transport department then these guys will ask myciti to contact you. The process of refund is long and I gave up. Never got my R100 back. So frustrating. Edwin
