Traumatic experience x2

<p>Monday 22nd of August 2016 on my way home from work took my citi bus from omuramba to century to fetch my son. My citi bus was speeding up montegue drive and collided with another vehicle, I twisted my ankle and others sustained minor injuries. The experience was very traumatic . On the 24th of August a my citi bus D333 almost collided with another vechle on the same Montegue drive due to speeding. I got off that bus to catch another bus at 15:20pm the bus sped passed me waiting at a designated my citi bus stop .I called the myCity contact centre immediately to have the agent tell me that he was going to call back for a reference number, I had to call back after almost two hours and got through to the same agent, he could not provide me with the time frame as to when they are going to get back to me.he provided with the ref number : ********** 570</p> <p> </p>
