small cases of theft are just as bad as big cases.

<p>on Monday the 06 of Feb on my way from work... I made a stop at the thibalt squre terminal to reload my myciti card. Upon arring I realised I had forgotten my card and therefore decided to buy a newcard which cost R30 and load points for R300 . total of R330 to be paid,I paid with R400. </p> <p>the activation of the newcard to a ted longer than it usually does. anyway long story short after being handed my card and receipts I walked away, not realising I was not given back my R70 change. I was tired after working a nightshift and was too kin to get home. I decided to walk from that point to get to civic centre as I hoped to purchase a few items frm fruit n veg. It is at the paypoint at fruit and vege that I realised the change wasnt given. Because it was almost time for my bus I decided to deal with this the following day...unfortunately that night I fell ill and could not be bothered going to town.I came back to work on saturday night,I went to the thibalt square to state the case... there I was told the woman who serviced me wasnt there in the morning but they took my details claiming she would call me later that after noon. I waited for the call.. .no luck, following morning I went back, same story same result. I have gone there 3 times and no one is interested in helping me. and so now what I initially thought was a pure case of human error seems more and more like theft with no one willing to give me an answer. I feel like I'm being bul**** to accept that this is Ok. well it is not Ok, that R70 is mine worked for and meant for other things. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the 1st incident... one time I was in a hurry because my bus was already at the platform... I purchased points for R100, only R50 worth of points were loaded.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm angry because your employees are getting comfortable with *****ing from people. it is not Ok. I wont die if I dont get my R70 back, but there is a principle here. if I wanna give money to a charity... it will be to one of my own choosing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fix your employees behavior... it is unbecoming... I am hoping at the end of the day I will be given my change back</p>
