SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR AT ADDERLEY STREET TERMINUS

this morning 24/2/2016 we tried to get off the Camps Bay bus but were stopped from doing so by a huge crowd wanting to get on the bus. Everybody was screaming \don't push\" but it didn't help one tiny bit. I was pinned against the door while another lady was thrown to the ground. Lots of consternation!!! The attendants are so far removed from the situation there that when I called one of them he showed a mild surprise.Although this was my worst experience, there have been many others. IN MY UNDERSTANDING A PLAN NEEDS TO BE PUT IN PLACE FOR SOME SORT OF RAILING OR QUE SYSTEM WHICH IS OVERSEEN BY THE ATTENDANTS.<br> Please reply with some sort of remedy!!!!"
