Refund owed to me but no feedback

<p>I have been dealing with Myciti regarding a refund owing to me for more than a month! I have completed all the information and sent it to them was advised my refund will be transferred from Cape Town to Century city for collection went to the kiosk the woman I spoke to could not assist me as there was no refund available. I have been emailing and calling but still no refund when they charged me for a penalty when there systems weren't working how ridiculous! Nadia King has been emailing me back and forth promises to get back to me but never does, I'm so fed up with following up regarding this as it's my own money. ref ********** 648. Should you respond to this I don't want to speak to your staff members and they clearly not s****ed to do their jobs properly, they dont have any customer service s**** or telephone etiquette.</p>
