Refund Disaster

Dealing with MyCiti has been an absolute nightmare, after completing refund forms in August I am still struggling to get my refund, what's sad is you have have to constantly follow up and get the same "escalated to the refund department". They have a turnaround time of 32 days that they dont even adhere to, the customer support is really upsetting
