Proor service from Myciti Table View Station

As i was standing on the T03 Atlantis platform waiting for my bus. A lady was on her way out of the station. As she arrived at the terminal to tap out. She explained to the person who is supposed to be the station regulator and two other Myciti workers that they could not tap in on the bus and was advised that they should tap in at the station and then tap out. The three gentleman blatantly refused to help this lady and when she told them that she is going to report them. They started talking in their own language as she was a colourd lady and they were three african men. As Myciti workers they should've assist this lady as it was not her fault. Not only didn't they want to help but they were rude and disrespectful and thats absolutely no way how to treat customers. I do not know their names but i know the one guy was the regulator this morning on the T03 Atlantis and Century City platform
