POOR service delivery

Firstly the bus 102 to Saltriver was late by 28 mins, no was was explaining to us as to why there was a delay and when some of people asked the regulator in charge he was rude telling us he is not the one driving the bus he doesn't know. A simple apology would have been nice instead of being rude! My issue is the this whole week I have experienced the same thing at different stations and not even one of the employees care to let us commuters know the cause of the delay. I think this is just an inconvenience!
