Poor service delivery

The app is pathetic and the busses in the Atlantis area is raining in . Had the problem of coming to the Atlantis terminal and standing for 3 hours because the 233 bus got a breakdown when asking the controller they laughed in our faces. The City works for the rich not the poor . It's clear that mycity is overpricing for poor service. We that are using the 233 Atlantis . We want mycity to address these issues there is no-one in the evening.fred@ ********** . I'm waiting on there reply tired of thissss
