Poor MyCiti service

I am disappointed with MyCiti service. Busses from Khayelitsha and M/Plain have been suspended till further notice and they knew that they are having issues and yet they let us load monthly points worth R600 and they refusing to refund us. The response that we get is that "the mover points are valid for 3years" forgetting that we need the money now to use alternative transport. They are ripping us off
