Points and VIP section

I have 2 complaints

1. I has R140 on my card and took the bus from Adderley Street, Cape Town to Sea Point Main Road. This was between 6am and 7 am. When I tapped out I had R109 left. I reported this by phoning in and was told I need to email them. Really, is that the help I get?

2. At the adderley Hub. The staff has created a VIP section where some health clients dont need to stand in a line. I have told the manager at the Hub and nothing has happened. When I called this morning, my only advise was to email them. Why have a call center if I cannot be helped?
