PATHETIV MAINTENANCE

This morning we all bourded the mycicty bus in centuryciti as usual and when we got to our stop we could not check out as everyones card was giving an error message the driver did not feel anything and frankly told us : bus there was nothing we could do it was the 07:55 bus from montegue gardens via century city.Ours trip normally costs 6.3 ponits and if you do not check out your points will continue running ou.I only loaded my cards with funds befor i bourded the bus and now at 11:24 due to me not checking out i have got points.I either want my points allocted or my money back and i want to be contacted
