Not As Convenient As Advertised

You guys are adding new routes but you cannot fix the issues with your existing ones. I have complained countless times about the 233 feeder not showing up (being late sometimes is understandable BUT NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL??!!).

Why do you have schedules when this keeps on happening? Sometimes we miss connecting trunk busses and get to work later than planned. Do not tell me to plan/travel earlier because I pay close to a thousand rand a month to plan my rides how I see fit! The 233 Saxonsea bus has been doing this for MONTHS but today was the worst as I was in the rain soaking wet waiting for a bus that was supposed to be there 1 minute after I got there!!! If you cannot stick to certain times than take them off!!!
