No refund from Mycity for overcharge

I was over charged at the exit in Century city July 2025, I I submitted a refund claim at Tableview 7 July after waiting for a month I went back to Tableview they told me to contact the CT offices which I did, then I’m told by the office They have not received my claim form…I then sent them a photo copy of my claim with the proof from Tableview, after several emails I’m still waiting and nothing is getting done, it’s almost 2 months is this a **** to make extra funds it’s just not acceptable.
