I would like to warn anyone using the Woodstation kiosk to top up against doing so. On the 2nd November I topped up my card with R300... Got on the bus the next morning to a 0 balance. Seems my money was loaded onto a Ghost card.. more than a MONTH later back and fourth with emails still NO feedback only we are INVESTIGATING... A long investigation and R300 short... Well done MyCITI guess your investigation team is TOPS!! Guess I have to write that R300 off hope that whoever benefits from my money enjoys it... Do take another month to investigate this complaint!
