MYCITY TAKING FROM THE POOR!

I am appauled! My city are literrally *******. I have loaded my mycity card mover points for the month. Now, I live in Mitchells plain I am not rich and cant afford to fork out another R500 towards alternative means of transport! Upon requesting that my money be refunded so that I could purchase a Golden Arrow bus ticket, I was rudely denied! Saying the monthly pass cards will only be refunded, what is that even! Please dont try and cripple us hardworking people even more, you have our money and are we being denied our money because we are "only" coloured and black people? I cant believe we are being treated like this after supporting and being loyal customers. I need my money back!
