Mycity faulty card

I have loaded a month package on the 28th April 2025 and only used it for two days the card becomes faulty on the 1st of May 2025 I reported it to tableview station and was told I must wait 10 days yesterday I went back and was told 30 days today I decided to go to the atlantis station because I was unable to go to work I was told I must wait 3months upon that I decided to the toll free number and no help was offered I then got a mail from aqeelah who is the junior project administrator and she could also not help the problem i have is myciti have my money and I cannot get to work I already stayed home today and quit frankly I must stay at home tomorrow again due to no point and I have borrowed money from lenders because of myciti
