Hi good morning i'm a frequent my city user, last month i bought a monthly which costs me R780 used it for the first week then the strike started and it lasted for about a month, the day after the strike ended GOLDEN ARROW users could use their old clipcards which expired the very next day where as my city is letting you wait for two weeks before they will let you know if they reimbursing you for the points you lost, I work on the airport and not even we get to pay a cheaper fare than what the foreigners pay and for me to come to work it cost me R75 to R90 to the airport and R75 to R90 to go back home which comes to more or less R180 a day for me to come work for me to pay R180 a day for two weeks is not on, already the city is conning people with their water bills and now this after all this we had to fill in a form to see if you eligible for reimbur*****t where you will have to wait another week for an answer i don't think this is write
