myciti *****ing from commuters.

This morning before 7am I got on the 251 bus no. D365 at Montague Gardens. I got off at First but the machine would not allow me to tap out. I phoned ********** 463 and left the details. The operator took my details and said that I would receive a reference no. by sms. I also emailed the same information to ********** After work when I got on the bus R33+ was deducted from my card. This is blatant *******, *******ion and unacceptable. Is this how myciti is trying to recoup their losses from the bus strike. I wonder how many commuters this happens to? I have yet to be contacted. My card no. is 5 ********** 1 ********** .
