MyCiti *****s Money

I paid for the Monthly free in January. It is R1000. When I woke up the next day, an ADDITIONAL R1000 was taken off of my account by MyCiti

I have been contacting them since the incident, I have filled in forms, I have called and emailed almost every week. They refuse to refund me. I'm writing this in March. It has been 2 months of attempting to get my money back!

The company is distrustful and *****s their customers money. They are *******, ******* and *****s. I would not recommend them at all.
