MyCiti Robs Loyal Travellers

Utterly disgusted by this service! There is always something from their side that just upsets me, the thing that urks me the most is that they are actually robbing us and penalising commuters *******LY! No wonder the staff have no people skills, that is because the institute they work for, don't have any either! And they just do with loyal travellers whatever they feel like!<br> In 2 months I have received some \Configuration Error"on my card 3 times upon tapping out at Civic Centre. Somehow MyCiti is missing something drastically major as this cannot still be happening??!! Are you technically inadequate as well? Like your customer service??<br> When they refund the penalty to your card"
